How it works in practice.
What happens during the free analysis?
+We connect to your existing performance intelligence systems and review your utility billing history. Within 2 weeks, we deliver a clear report showing your system's current performance, where energy and money are being lost, and the specific savings we can deliver. There is no cost and no obligation to proceed.
What if you don't find any savings?
+Then we tell you that, hand over the assessment report, and part ways. It happens occasionally: some systems are already well-optimised. In that case, you've gained independent confirmation that your asset is performing as it should, at no cost.
How is the once-off origination fee determined?
+It's a once-off setup fee calculated as 20% of your verified first-year savings, so the amount scales with the value we deliver. For a typical 100kW hotel system, expect R15,000 to R25,000. For larger or multi-site deployments, we'll scope it as part of the analysis. T&Cs apply.
What does the monthly fee cover?
+Everything: continuous AI optimisation, hands-on system management by our team, proactive diagnostics, battery health diagnostics, tariff change adaptation, and detailed monthly reporting on financial performance.
Is there a lock-in contract?
+No. We recommend a 12-month initial period to capture seasonal performance patterns, but you can cancel the monthly service at any time with 30 days' notice. We earn your business by delivering measurable results every month.
What size systems do you work with?
+We typically work with commercial and industrial solar assets from 50kW upward: hotels, farms, manufacturing, and healthcare facilities.
