Nico Pretorius
Co-FounderElectronic engineer (Stellenbosch) with three decades in technology and entrepreneurship. Nico co-founded Voyanti in 2018, leading IoT and digital transformation. He built AlwaysOn into South Africa's largest public Wi-Fi network, before its 2014 acquisition by Dimension Data. Earlier roles spanned industrial process control and SCADA, multi-national Digital Equipment Corporation deployments, and network and systems architecture for ACSA and international airports.
Heinrich de Lange
Co-FounderElectronic engineer (Stellenbosch) and MD of Octoco Group, one of South Africa's specialist technology consulting firms. Heinrich co-founded Switch Energy, bringing direct experience in energy management and load control systems. His dual role as CTO across multiple ventures, including LeaseSurance and MedX Health Corp, gives Soluno access to deep technical architecture expertise and a network that spans energy, health-tech, and AI.
Stephan Carstens
Engineering LeadElectronic engineer (Stellenbosch) who graduated Cum Laude with 87.9%, earning the ECSA Merit Medal for top engineering achievement in the faculty and the Rector's Award for Academic Excellence. Stephan leads engineering for Soluno's asset management service, ensuring the AI optimisation and diagnostic systems are built on sound foundations.
